Clearance for auction

The last few days have seen us clearing a 3 bedroom house. Not for the feint hearted. Everything to be cleared packed and stored ready for the auction. The strangest things get the best prices at auction. It is also usually the things that get thrown away by the family. If you can get in befor the family start to clear then you can get lucky and find some real gems. This latest clearance we advised the family and nothing except personal items were removed. 2 days sorting and packing then transporting to storage. Where it will be catalogued ready for the first auction. There is so much it will most likely be over 2 or 3 auctions. We still have a few more days work to do in the garden and garage. A clearance means everything. Even the ironing board and cleaning material. Were taking a couple of days rest well 1 day we have an antiques fair on Sunday so back to the clearance next week
